Hello! I’m Breanna, an American travel writer living and hosting immersive experiences in Mongolia. Join me for this special women-only trip I’m hosting August 2024. Come see a side of Mongolia most other travelers will never experience!

From local families to a yurt camp that we’ll have exclusive access to for a week, this trip is an amazing opportunity to jump into Mongolian culture and life without having to spend countless hours driving from one place to another.

Our adventure together will start in Ulaanbaatar, where we’ll spend one night in the capital before hoping on a train north, towards the Russian border. The train ride is an experience itself, with it’s strong Soviet vibes we’ll rub elbows and get to know the locals, and get our first glimpses at the country’s amazing scenery, through this unique way of traveling.

The following days will be filled with spending time with local families, horseback riding, kayaking, learning how to make Mongolian dishes, and so much more.

This retreat isn’t just about getting to know Mongolia, it’s also about getting to know and spend time with a group of inspiring women from around the world.

About Breanna, Your Host

Hi everyone! Or “sain baina uu!” as we say in Mongolian.

It’s my honor to host my first women-only retreat in a country I truly love, Mongolia.

This country has changed me as a human and I never get tired of introducing people to this special place in person through my tours and online through this website, as well as on my Instagram.

When you come travel with me, my aim is to curate the coolest, most unique experiences I’ve discovered in Mongolia. From the things everyone needs to do, like sip on milk tea with a local family and sleep in a yurt, to the more extraordinary, when you travel with me you get a little bit of it all.

But, most importantly, you get an insightful, thoughtful look into Mongolia, and the people who have made this place home for me.

I look forward to spending this week getting to know you, and helping you get to know Mongolia.

Where We're Staying

For this retreat we’ll be spending our nights in the heart of Selenge Province at Yeruu Lodge.

With a beautiful location on the banks of the Yeruu River, the lodge’s yurts accommodate two to four people. Each yurt, or “ger” as we call them in Mongolian, is filled with traditional Mongolian furniture, a fireplace, solar-generated electricity, comfortable beds, and clean drinking water.

Bathroom and shower facilities are in a separate building where privacy is key. Private bathrooms and shower stalls are clean and well-maintained and hot water is available 24/7. (Not something you always get in Mongolia!)

The lodge also has a small number of yurts with private bathrooms inside. These will be available on a first come, first serve basis under the Tier 2 package. If you would like to request a room with another participant of the retreat, please let me know their name when you fill out the booking form below.

Yeruu is a calm and peaceful place that perfectly embodies modern Mongolia. We’ll have the lodge and surrounding countryside all to ourselves so you can explore at will and sink into serenity.

I choose to partner with them not only because of their location far away from the crowds but because of the special bonds they’ve created with the community around them. They have truly changed the lives of the people in this valley for the better by highlighting tourism in a sustainable, authentic way. And that’s something I can’t wait for all of you to see.

The price to book a spot on this Women’s Retreat starts at $2,900 USD per person.
