In 2022, Meanwhile in Mongolia launched their tour division, MIM Odyssey LLC. Our tours focus on offering small-group adventure tours that immerse travelers with locals.

As a tour company, our mission is to hire locally, and to work sustainably. We want the guides, drivers, families, and everyone we work with to benefit from tourism as much as we do. We pay fair and competitive rates, compensate every family we work with, and strive to give back to every community we visit.

Our tours revolve around nomadic culture and the families who still live this traditional lifestyle. We are proud to host tours that highlight Mongolian culture and traditions, important festivals and holidays, and to introduce travelers to the people who make this country the vibrant destination it is.

Meanwhile in Mongolia is a woman-owned company founded by American travel writer and adventurer Breanna Wilson in 2018. MIM Odyssey LLC was co-founded by Breanna Wilson and Agarmaa Batjargal in 2022.
