Terms

Your itinerary is not confirmed until your deposit is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.

Any changes to the initial itinerary before or during the trip may be subject to additional fees.

Safety is our highest priority and we reserve the right to change the itinerary in the instance weather or other dangers pose a potential risk.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on a trip itinerary.
  • A 50% balance payment will be due by January 5, 2024.
  • The remaining 50% balance will be due by March 5, 2024.
  • Failure to pay any balance dues by these dates listed above may result in losing your reserved spot on the trip itinerary.

All payments must be made in USD for the full balance. Any transfer, currency conversion fees, and transaction fees will be the responsibility of the payee.

Cancellation Policy:

Our tour cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Prior to March 5, 2024: your tour deposit will be non-refundable. All other payments (minus any fees) will be fully refundable.
  • After March 5, 2024: no refunds will be issued.

If you are denied boarding at the airport or miss your flight for any reason, we are unable to provide a refund for your itinerary. We recommend you book travel insurance to cover these emergencies, and more, as soon as your itinerary is confirmed. Please ensure that your passport has at least 6 months of validity prior to the start date of your travel.

Travel Insurance Requirement

Travel insurance that includes emergency medical evacuation is required to participate on any tour itinerary.

We also recommend purchasing a policy that includes trip cancellation protection, in case you need to cancel your trip for any reason such as illness, death in the family, work conflicts, etc. This is for your benefit, not ours.

Please research all available travel insurance policies and providers and choose the policy and company that provides the best coverage and protection for you.
