Are you planning a trip to Mongolia but you’re stuck with where to start? I might live here now, but even I still have trouble navigating this country when it comes to route planning, hiring drivers, and booking hotels.
Unfortunately, things here aren’t always straightforward. Sometimes hotels are more active on Facebook than they are by email. Or sometimes you need to call them directly to get something booked and confirmed. And you need to do it speaking Mongolian.
Since living here I’ve gotten pretty savvy at planning road trips, budget trips, and other unique experiences like horse riding pack trips, train adventures and more.

- A detailed day-by-day itinerary for up to 15 days of travel for you and your group.
- All bookings made on your behalf at hotels, driver arrangements, trusted guides confirmed, etc. Please note that you are responsible for all payments directly to the provider for these services. See this in the ‘not included’ section below.
- A detailed Welcome Packet with everything you need to know for your trip. Including a packing list, flight booking tips, and more.
- A WhatsApp group with myself and a local guide/translator in case of emergency during your trip. You can contact us 24/7 in case something goes wrong.
What's Not Included
- You are responsible for all your travel expenses during your trip. This includes your flights (international and domestic), hotels, airport transfers, drivers, local guides, excursions and activities, car rentals, meals, and more.
- For any arrangements I make on your behalf, you will be responsible for making those payments directly with the service provider.
Please keep in mind this is a trip planning service, not a babysitting service. You are responsible for making payments, confirming details when needed, and communicating key details with me throughout this trip planning process.
